Our shop policies

Placing your cake orders

Special occasion cakes require approximately 2 weeks notice, although not always necessary depending on availability.

Please fill out our quote form specifiying all details necessary for us to quote you accurately to meet your needs. Remember to specify the date needed if delivery is required.

When ordering, please let us know if you will need coffee or dessert slices. Dessert slices are served to each guest and the slices must be cut bigger. Coffee sliced cakes are half the size of dessert slices and don't need to be served individually. It would be a good idea to find out whether your menu includes dessert or not, and we can recommend to you whether coffee or dessert slices would be best for your event.

Payment method

A $50 deposit is required on placement of order, to confirm booking. No order will be processed until a deposit has been made. Payment by cash, money order or cheque is acceptable.

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to delivery.

If you are collecting your order, full payment is due on collection, payable in cash or money order. If paying by cheque, payment must be received 7 days prior to collection to allow for bank clearance time.

Delivery

Delivery is available within the Sydney Metro area for a small delivery fee. When enquiring please note if delivery is required, and we will quote accordingly.

Cancellation

Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation is received within 7 days prior to the date of your function.

Confidentiality

Cake Central respects your privacy. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Cake Central will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use for its personal benefit, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is pertaining to its clients. All your information will be kept strictly confidential.

Changes in our policies

Cake Central reserves the right to change its policies at any time. If and when we do, we shall revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page. If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us directly.
